1. Application of this policy
(a) The terms on which we process personal data contributed via the Libra Internship Program Website (“the Site”); and
(b) Information on the cookies used on the Site.
2. Personal data
In this Policy, the term "personal data" means any information or combination of information that could be used to identify a living individual.

3.1 We collect and process various items of information that you provide to us. These may include:
(a) personal contact details such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address;

5.2 If you apply for an internship, award or other programme run by us and you are successful, we may wish to promote your success on the Site, including the use of videos and photographs.

6. How long do we store your information?

For visitors to the Site we will normally delete your data within one year of your last use of the Site or (if later) the last date when we send you information which we think is of interest to you.
