Hospitality

Our hospitality interests, which currently comprise 50 hotels across five continents, began in North America in 2004 with the purchase of a collection of premium hotels, restaurants and marinas on the coast of Maine and in Vermont.

In 2007, the Libra Group created Grace Hotels, which went on to become an award-winning international group of exclusive boutique hotels. By 2018 there were 11 Grace hotels open or under development in North and South America, Europe and North Africa. The Grace brand represented a unique style and service, and offered sanctuary and quality for discerning guests in the world's leading resorts. It was one of the pioneers of authentic, experiential tourism and sought to create a bespoke experience for every guest.

Grace Hotels always planned to have a large global footprint and in 2018, following a strategic transaction between the Libra Group and Auberge Resorts LLC, the Grace group of hotels became part of Auberge Resorts Collection. Under the terms of the agreement, the Libra Group now holds a strategic interest in Auberge Resorts. The deal created a relationship between two family-owned companies that share a passion for the highest quality hospitality and furthers the vision of both organisations to create a collection of the best-loved luxury properties in the world.

Auberge Resorts Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs. While each Auberge property possesses a unique individuality, all share a crafted approach to luxury that is expressed through captivating design, exceptional cuisine and spas, and gracious yet unobtrusive service. The Auberge Resorts Collection has properties operating or under development globally including North and Central America, Hawaii, the Caribbean and Fiji.

Aria Hotels is our growing boutique hotel and villas brand with properties on the Greek islands and mainland, and Spain. Aria currently has a collection of hotels, villas and beach houses and continues to expand with heritage properties in amazing locations.
